ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Mobile Homes
Check-in: from 16:00 h / Check-out: until 10:00 h
Late arrival: The reserved mobile home will be held until 24:00 h on the same day.
Early departure: Guests are required to pay the full amount for the entire reserved period.
Late departure: Staying in the mobile home after 10:00 h on the day of departure will result in an additional day being charged.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the mobile home and its inventory caused by negligence.
Guests are advised to check the inventory upon arrival according to the list available in the mobile home,
as guests will be considered responsible for any missing inventory upon check-out.
Camping Pitches
Arrival: from 12:00 h / Departure: until 12:00 h
Late arrival: The reserved pitch will be held until 12:00 h on the following day and will be charged from the reserved arrival date.
Early departure: Guests are required to pay the full amount for the entire reserved period.
(In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure than reserved, the price of an unoccupied pitch will be charged.)
Late departure: Staying on the pitch after 12:00 h on the day of departure will result in an additional day being charged.
The accommodation unit must be left clean and tidy.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations for mobile homes or camping pitches can be made via email, directly through the online booking system,
or through the reservation centre. Upon receiving an inquiry, the guest will receive an offer as soon as possible,
subject to availability.
Mobile Homes
A reservation is confirmed once the campsite receives a deposit of 20% of the total reservation value.
The amount may be paid via bank transfer or online for reservations made through the online booking system.
A specific mobile home number reservation is charged 100.00 EUR.
Camping Pitches
A specific pitch number reservation is subject to an additional fee of 60.00 EUR.
The fee is paid via bank transfer or by card payment through the WSPay system.
Reservations of a specific pitch number are possible only via email.
For reservations made through the online booking system, a deposit of 20% of the total reservation amount
(including the reservation fee) is required and can be paid online or via bank transfer.
If the deposit or reservation fee is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be considered invalid and cancelled.
The reservation confirmation implies the guest’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
After this period, or in the event of a no-show without prior cancellation,
the property retains the full amount of the paid deposit, or your credit card will be charged
for the full amount of the reserved stay.
In the case of early departure, the full amount of the first unused night per accommodation unit will be charged.
CAMPSITE CONDITIONS
The pitch price includes the use of electricity, the use of water depending on the zone,
and the use of sanitary facilities.
The price of a mobile home includes the maximum number of persons stated in the price list;
additional persons are not included in the price.
Mobile home rental includes bed linen and towels (changed on the eighth day), cooking and dining utensils,
an entertainment programme, the use of air conditioning, and electricity and water consumption.
All mobile homes have a refrigerator, stove, satellite TV, air conditioning, and terrace seating furniture.
Visitors of our guests (day visitors) are allowed to stay in the campsite from 07:00 h to 23:00 h,
subject to mandatory registration at the reception and payment of the entrance fee according to the price list.
Unregistered persons found in the campsite pay a fee of EUR 1,000.00.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval and subject to payment according to the official price list.
During their stay in the campsite, pets must be kept on a leash.
By entering the campsite, the guest confirms their consent to being familiar with and complying with the house rules.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made in cash or by card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Diners).
Payment is possible at the campsite reception between 07:00 h and 23:00 h.
INSURANCE
The management shall not be liable in the event of theft, accidents, or damage to property or persons,
nor shall it assume responsibility for damage caused by thunderstorms, hail, fallen trees or branches,
illness including plant diseases, epidemics, fires, natural disasters, and similar events.
Guests are advised to insure their property with an insurance provider of their choice
against possible risks during their stay at the campsite.
